Mrs. Burns grew up in Los Angeles, CA and recently celebrated a very special milestone — she and her husband were married this past May in Cancun, MX! 💍🌴 She loves to travel, spend time with friends and family, and of course, her husband. 💕
At Garfield, her role as Attendance Liaison is all about supporting student success. She works to improve student attendance and helps bridge communication between families and the school. Mrs. Burns is passionate about helping students thrive by addressing barriers to attendance and making sure every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Our amazing second graders had a blast this week at the LaunchPad Museum! From climbing adventures to imaginative play in faux restaurants and shops, curiosity and creativity were on full display. 🧗♂️🍔🎭
